Yoga is a great way to move your body and stay physically and mentally healthy. This introductory
class will move slowly through the poses exploring posture and alignment of each asana (yoga pose), taking time to prop and modify postures to fit the needs of each practitioner. If you are new to yoga or have been practicing awhile and want to work on your posture and alignment this class if for you. All levels welcome.
Thursdays 5:30 – 6:45 pm. Starting April 4th!
