The Board of Appeal and Equalization for the City of Alexandria in Douglas County,
Minnesota, will meet on Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at 10:00 AM at the Alexandria
City Hall by appointment only, for the assessment year 2021 (taxes payable 2022). The

such notice or hold such meeting shall not vitiate any assessment, except as to the excess
over the market value of the property.
