Gentle Chair Yoga for Seniors

An event every week that begins at 4:15 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until June 27, 2019
This course will guide you through gentle strengthening and stretching the whole body – releasing tight muscles, reducing stress and improving circulation. Chair yoga is a way to gain the benefits of yoga yet feel supported and balanced. This class is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.
