Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8-Week

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED: The MBSR on site is an 8 week, nine session course. Participants attend a two hour class once a week for 8 weeks as well as one full day silent retreat. The program involves mindfulness meditation training and practice, yoga and body awareness, exploration of thinking patterns – feelings and actions, brief lectures and group discussion. There is a commitment for home practice when class is not in session. The cost for this course is $375. When you Buy A Class/Give A Class you seed our scholarship fund bringing mindfulness to vulnerable populations. If you have a referral code from a health care provider the class is $250.
