This mindfulness practice is open to all levels of experience. Those without experience are particularly welcome! There will be formal meditation practices along with conversation and opportunities for learning how healing takes place through stillness, silence, and focus on the body and the breath. All classes informed by the mindfulness based stress reduction curriculum.
