Morning Hatha Yoga with Tam

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Thursday, repeating until December 19, 2019
Please join Tam in this all levels Hatha yoga class. We will explore all the classic yoga poses. Stretching and strengthening with standing postures, hip openers, balancing postures, restorative poses and occasionally some Yin. We will end each practice with a cool down and a guided savasana. Modifications and substitute poses will be offered throughout the class making this class accessible for all levels of practitioners.
Thursdays 9:00 – 10:15 am
$15.00 drop in rate.
Yoga One membership will be honored.
