Yoga for Veterans

An event every week that begins at 5:15 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until June 27, 2019
This class is specifically designed for those that have served. We will practice postures with slow stretching movements, breathing and meditation exercises. Yoga has shown to help improve well-being, flexibility, strength and stress relief. Chair accommodations are available. Appropriate for any level, especially beginner.
