Deep stretching takes time. Moving slowly and with deliberation through a series of stretches gives muscles and fascia time to release and stay released. Whether you are an athlete looking to improve your flexibility and your game or you are someone dealing with chronically tight muscles this class is for you. Mondays 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm. At Cornerstone Martial Arts (Carlos Corners) $10.00 for adults. $8.00 for students.

Crocheting for Absolute Beginners

Everyone has a Golden Story: a Lifetime of Memories with Little Golden Books

Little Golden Books have been a part of childhood for several generations.  Be it The Poky Little Puppy, Scuffy the Tugboat, or The Monster at the End of the Book, they have entertained children and their parents and grandparents alike. Retired SMSU professor Ellen Radel, “The Golden Book Girl,” shares her passion for the history of the Little Golden Books series and the impact these iconic books have made on generations of American children since 1942. ​
