DESCRIPTION:As businesses continue to face workforce recruitment and retention challenges\, opportunities are available through Minnesota’s Dual-Training Pipeline program. Learn more at an upcoming one-hour\, informative\, virtual Listen & Learn event on Thursday\, October 15 from 10-11 am. \nDan Solomon and Sarah Hill from the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry’s Dual-Training Pipeline program will share how earn-and-learn training opportunities can assist with your company’s recruitment and retention strategies. Dual-Training Pipeline exists as a resource to support employers in advanced manufacturing\, agriculture\, childcare\, health care services\, information technology\, legal cannabis\, and transportation industries. Attendees will learn how to start their own dual-training program as well as how to tap into state grants to help pay for earn-and-learn employee training. \nThe event is open to everyone and is free of charge.
