Cemetery Cleaning Workshop
led by the Douglas County Historical Society
Join us for a workshop on how to safely remove biological matter such as lichen from headstones using approved, effective stone cleaners—and then try it for yourself, getting hands-on to help preserve these precious monuments for years to come. (Wear work or gardening clothing that can get messy and close-toed shoes, and bring your own gloves!)
