Minnesota’s forests provide a diversity of natural resources throughout the year. Many of these resources, such as wood, berries, and plants, can be harvested for wreaths, baskets, jam or dinner. Join Extension Forestry Educator, Gary Wyatt to learn the what, why and how of responsible harvesting and understand the biology and ecology of harvested plants.
