Designed specifically for the business community, Geometry of a Leader addresses one of today’s greatest challenges: leading effectively in difficult times. The workshop provides a focused retreat experience where participants will explore practical ways to lead with greater presence, humility, and courage – three foundational characteristics of impactful leadership.

During the program, attendees will learn how to be more present with the people they serve, humble enough to seek the wisdom of others, and courageous enough to follow their vision despite challenges. Participants will leave inspired and empowered to confidently pursue their call to lead and make a positive impact within their organizations and the broader community.

The workshop, hosted by the Alexandria Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce and Alexandria Area Economic Development Commission in partnership with Youth Frontiers, will be held Tuesday, October 27, at the Broadway Ballroom Event Center, 115 30th Ave. E. Networking begins at 7:30 a.m. with the program running from 8 to 11:45 a.m. A light breakfast and coffee will be provided. Registration is $100 per person; attendance is limited to the first 50 registrants.
