Flying across the road, flitting in your backyard, or feeding on a flower while you are in the park, our state butterfly is busy this time of year. Monarchs are laying eggs and these new offspring will be the ones to make the migration to Mexico. We will try to capture some butterflies as well as look for caterpillars. With a little bit of help you can find some too! Come explore the marvelous monarch! Meet at the Visitor Center.

A park vehicle pass is required to enter the park and can be purchased at the park office. $35/annual or $7/day.
