Let the calming tones of crystal singing bowls melt away stress as you sip on our handcrafted, non-alcoholic cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits from The Lounge. It’s a sensory journey for the soul – where healing vibrations meet incredible flavor.
Meet Amber Dauner:
Amber is a multi-talented healer, certified yoga instructor, sound healing and ho’oponopono practitioner, Ayurveda coach, and soul coach. Her passion? Creating safe, authentic spaces for healing and growth. Amber’s events are all about meaningful impact, deep transformation, and helping you connect with your true self.

Optional: water, an eye pillow to block out light, and a notebook and pen for reflection.
What’s a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a full-body meditative experience designed to be both therapeutic and restorative. The soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls work at a cellular level, promoting healing, balance, and relaxation.
During the session, you’ll be guided through a combination of breathwork, gentle movement, and meditation. Most participants lie back in a comfortable, supported position to fully absorb the sound wave vibrations. A typical session lasts 30-45 minutes.
