Join Someplace Safe and UCAN for the 20th Annual Take A Stand Against Domestic Violence on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at The Church of St. Mary.

This free community event brings people together to raise awareness of domestic violence and show support for survivors. The evening will begin with a short walk from the church to Broadway Street, where participants will hold signs and take a stand against domestic violence. We will then return to the church for a light supper and a message from guest speaker Nikie Roen, a survivor of domestic violence.

The event is free and open to the community. We invite everyone to join us in standing together to raise awareness, support survivors, and take a stand against domestic violence.
