Join us for the 25th Annual United Way of Douglas & Pope Counties Chili Cook-off. Our 70’s Era theme commemorates our 50th Anniversary and start as a United Way in 1974.

Admission ticket gets you a bowl to taste 25+ different chilis. Tickets to attend are available at the door or at the United Way office previous to the event.

Anyone is welcome to put together a Chili Cook-off team. Chili booth fee is $100.. free for non-profits! Teams will compete in the Cook-off and table display competition which will be scored by guest judges and members of our Board of Directors. Please plan to dress and decorate in the years theme. Winner of the People’s Choice category will take home our traveling trophy.
