A note from Jennifer about herself:
I am an adopted child; both of my parents are Native American but I was adopted to German/Polish parents. Fortunately my parents were committed to ensuring I knew and was connected to my heritage as I grew up, and I am excited to share this piece of it with you!
I have always loved art! So much that I earned an associates degree in Commercial Art. I simply love any kind of artistic expression: Photography, Drawing, Airbrush, Beading, and of course making Dreamcatchers!
Throughout my life I have always loved learning absolutely anything. Learning is the way of life!
I look forward to meeting you in this new class!

Hello Neighbor is an Alexandria area initiative with a simple purpose – to help new & existing residents integrate into the community. Moving to a new place and feeling connected to a new town with new people is challenging. Hello Neighbor can help with that.

You can create this beautiful Winter Scene painting with help from one of our most popular teachers Mary Waltzing! Join this intimate class of no more than 10 aspiring painters and find your inner artist! Tickets include all needed supplies to create the painting, 3 hours of hands on, in person teaching by the personable and experienced Mary Waltzing, and a $5 beverage credit so you have something to sip on while you paint! Tap into your inner warmth this January with a sweater themed mug. This class is led by one of our most popular teachers, Tammy Justin, who always fills the room with joy as she guides her students to create extraordinary works of art.
Note: Glazing requires firing in a kiln, so students will glaze mugs in class, then pick them up at a later date after firing is complete. This process ensures your mug will stay beautiful for years to come.
