FAQS:
Does this game align with my values?
Depends on your values we guess. Our primary DM is a Lutheran who met his wife serving in a ministry to the military. This game is run to be safe and inclusive of everyone, so you may be adventuring with people you wouldn’t usually hang out with. Content is at most, PG-13.
Am I committing to a long campaign?
This game is run as a semi-connected series of one shots with a number of “hacks” to allow various characters to drop in and out of the longer storyline at will. You do not need any prior knowledge of earlier games to attend and enjoy, and nobody will be mad if you miss a week or only play once.
I don’t even know how to play this kind of game! Can I play?
We are happy to teach you, and this is a very relaxed game. The DM is available for one hour before the game to help you prepare, if you feel need more time than that send a note to [email protected] to arrange for additional prep time.
Can I bring my character from another game?
Probably, all characters are subject to DM review for game balance, but our DM tends to try to work with things like this because they can be extra fun. Email [email protected] with details if this is important to you.
I’m concerned I won’t know the rules, should I read up first?
If you want to look up some basics about D&D or Pathfinder or other tabletop games, maybe event watch some videos of others playing – feel free. But please don’t wait until you understand everything to show up. You learn roleplay games by playing, and we promise the community will help.
Do you play (specific version you are already familiar with)?
Maybe. We shift versions and games from time to time to suit the needs and desires of the people who are tending to show up. If it isn’t your version, it will still be fun and the DM will be happy to help you with the adjustment.

Legal and Logistical Information:
All children 6 and over are welcome.
If your child is disabled and would have a better time with some accommodations – contact us so we can work to provide them with the access they need. We love the diverse world of disability, so don’t be shy.
We use non-toxic supplies in case they get on kids skin – but we do use small items and some supplies should not be ingested, so this class is not appropriate for children who are still prone to eating art supplies.
