ABOUT THE NOBLES
Raymond and Kayla Noble married in 2012 after attending Concordia College in Moorhead, MN, both receiving Music Education degrees with honors. In 2019, Kayla received her Masters of Music in Music Education from North Dakota State University. Currently, both Ray and Kayla teach elementary music in the Alexandria school district and are heavily involved with the professional and community theatres and ensembles in the Central Lakes Area. The Nobles have called Alexandria home for the past 9 years and enjoy family time with their two year old, Milo.
The 2021 Caravan du Nord traveling showcase heads to Theatre L’Homme Dieu in Alexandria, MN with a day of artist workshops, a musician networking social hour, and an evening public concert with headliner Chris Koza, classically trained violinist turned country fiddler Jillian Rae, and prolific songwriter Brianna Kocka.
Alexandria native, Michael Tisserand recently came across a cache of photographs taken by his late father in the 1950’s and has selected the best of them for a book he calls My Father When Young. Photographs include travels to various places around the world including Paris and also many from the famous New Orleans Mardi Gras. He will be in the store to chat about the book on Saturday August 28th from noon until 2 PM.
Come and join us for an afternoon of Christ-centered art music. Garrett O’Connell and Lori Frailey have been performing piano duets and dueling piano pieces since 2008. Come and join us for an evening of epic music and arrangements! From Bernstein to Dino these two will bring well-known pieces to you in ways you have never heard before. They will be performing at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon. A free will offering will be taken.
