Nourished Womban Event
Join us for a lovely evening of holistic womb healing and nourishment. Pelvic wellness educational presentation, Q and A, breath-work and pelvic floor exercises lead by pelvic floor expert, Dr. Hillary O’Connor. Group energy healing and nourishing and revitalizing embodied meditation lead by Jen Weber.
The Unspecified Show LIVE
Come be a part of The Unspecified Show LIVE @ The Performing Arts Center AAHS, Alexandria, MN! Saturday, March 25th at 7pm. Myles Frueh will be hosting a LIVE version of The Unspecified Show. His show and podcast are on You Tube and Spotify. The event will be filmed for later broadcast. There will be skits, jokes, chances to be on stage and much more. Merchandise is available for purchase after the show & a raffle will be done for additional limited edition merchandise. Come join us Saturday, March 25th at 7 for an hour of fun and laughs.
Event is free and open to the public. This is not an AAHS sponsored event.
Swing for Teens Golf Fundraiser
This is our 2nd Annual Swing for Teens Golf Classic in Alexandria. we hope to see you at Beautiful Geneva Golf Club on June 14th. The cost is $100 per person which includes 18 holes of golf with a cart, lunch, dinner, and prizes.
