Collective Unconscious

April 7, 2026 by Alex Chamber

Recorded just before the band broke up, and released in September of 1969, Abbey Road became an instant classic from the opening track, Come Together, through classics such as the tender Something, the passionate rocker Oh! Darling, the optimistic Here Comes The Sun, the haunting Because, and through the infamous medley that featured Polythene Pam, Golden Slumbers, and Carry That Weight. No one had heard anything like it before or since.

Collective Unconscious presents a very faithful rendition of the entire Abbey Road album, infusing it with our own personal savor.

Leslie Vincent

April 7, 2026 by Alex Chamber

LESLIE VINCENT is a prolific jazz songwriter and vocalist. Equally at home singing the Great American Songbook, musical theater, and contemporary rock and pop, she has become one of the most notable voices to emerge in the vibrant Minneapolis music scene, being hailed for her joy-filled performances and her “fun, human, beautiful interpretations” (Levi Weinhagen).

A prolific jazz songwriter and vocalist, Leslie Vincent’s lyrical creativity, rich alto tone, and magnetic stage presence have made her a standout in the modern-day jazz scene. Alongside her 5-piece band, Leslie melds modern lyrics rooted in the jazz, swing, and blues traditions. Leslie’s work has been featured in DownBeat Magazine, and her original tune “Icetown Blues” was named “One of the Best Songs of 2023” by Jazz.88. As a bandleader she performs 50+ shows a year across the Midwest and East Coast and has released two full-length albums, with a third on the way.

Nunsense

April 7, 2026 by Alex Chamber

Written by Dan Goggin
Directed by Kory Yamada
Music Directed by Suzanne Reyburn
Produced by Theare L’Homme Dieu
Nunsense begins when the Little Sisters of Hoboken discover that their cook, Sister Julia, Child of God, has accidentally poisoned 52 of the sisters, and they are in dire need of funds for the burials. The sisters decide that the best way to raise the money is to put on a variety show, so they take over the school auditorium, which is currently set up for the eighth grade production of “Grease.” Here we meet Reverend Mother Regina, a former circus performer; Sister Mary Hubert, the Mistress of Novices; a streetwise nun from Brooklyn named Sister Robert Anne; Sister Mary Leo, a novice who is a wannabe ballerina; and the delightfully wacky Sister Mary Amnesia, the nun who lost her memory when a crucifix fell on her head.

Souvenir

April 7, 2026 by Alex Chamber

Writer: Stephen Temperley
Director: Angela Timberman
Produced by Gremlin Theatre
For more than half a century, the name Florence Foster Jenkins has produced explosions of laughter. Not unreasonably so, as this wealthy social eccentric suffered under the delusion that she was a great coloratura soprano… when in fact she was incapable of producing two consecutive notes in tune! Nevertheless, her annual recitals in the ballroom of the Ritz Carlton brought her extraordinary fame and a growing mob of fans who packed her recitals – stuffing their mouths with handkerchiefs to stifle their laughter, which Mrs. Jenkins blissfully mistook for cheers.

SOUVENIR, by turns hilarious and poignant, tells her story through the eyes of her long-time accompanist, Cosme McMoon. With each new imagined triumph, and as Florence’s confidence soars, Cosme comes to revise his attitude, not only toward her singing, but to the very meaning of music itself.

The Mousetrap

April 7, 2026 by Alex Chamber

The Mousetrap is the world’s longest running play, from the “Queen of Crime” herself, Agatha Christie. After a local woman is murdered, the guests and staff at Monkswell Manor find themselves stranded during a snowstorm. It soon becomes clear that the killer is among them, and the seven strangers grow increasingly suspicious of one another. When a second murder takes place, tensions and fears escalate. Will the murderer’s identity be revealed before they can strike again?
