Snacktime Crafts is $10 for a magic water, a whimsy waffle, and a craft.
Join us on October 31st for our weekly Snacktime Crafts event! We invite daycares to get their Snacktime Crafts as a To Go Kit for 5 to 40 children by calling ahead.
It Can’t Happen Here – Free Informal Readers Theater
Join a group of semi-theater people in an informal reading of the play “It Can’t Happen Here” adapted from Sinclair Lewis’ book written almost 90 years ago. Audience Participation guaranteed. A fun and challenging event with no admission charge.
This is a Historical, Political, and Dynamic work by a Nobel Prize winning author from the area. We recommend parents of children 13 or younger consider their child’s maturity and curiosity about the subject matter before attending.
October 27th, 4PM-6PM Reading is less than one hour with optional discussion over dinner to follow.
Trail of Treats
Come and join us for a family friendly hike through our decorated trail looking for some spooky thrills and hunting for tasty treats! This hike is through our wooded trails where you will encounter uneven ground. Stroller and wagons are welcome, but maybe challenging in some areas.
Free Scarecrow Making Party
Help us create the ArtisTree Scarecrow to enter into the Douglas County Historical Society Scarecrow competition!

Join us for a fun and creative card making session. Your entry fee includes all materials and hands on instruction for 12 unique Christmas Cards with envelopes.
