We will cover topics such as scoring techniques, using other flours, and sourdough discard recipes, and we would make sourdough bagels or English muffins in the class. Participants would go home with either a package of bagels or English muffins. As well as recipe cards for English muffins, bagels, discard crackers, discard sandwich bread and sourdough brownies.
