This hands‑on mini-camp introduces newcomers to the fundamentals of water‑bath canning through a classic favorite: pickles! Participants will explore safe canning practices, proper equipment use, brine preparation, and jar‑sealing techniques, gaining the confidence to preserve fresh produce at home. All supplies provided.
(Pickles will sit overnight so pickup on Thursday afternoon is required)
