In this class, you will learn the process of making sourdough bread. Participants will mix their own dough, stretch and fold it, and then take it home to ferment and bake. You’ll learn the fermentation and baking process. You will take home your dough, some basic sourdough tools (proofing basket, bread lame, dough whisk, dough scraper), as well as a sourdough bread recipe
Cost: $25 per participant. Instructor: Ashley Bendickson
6 participants minimum. Age: 16+
$60 If you register for all three Sourdough camps before June 17.
