Our Spring Fundraiser supports our Scholarship fund, which awards six Lakes Area High School graduates each with a $1,000 Scholarship.
For many years we have been supporting our Lakes Area youth in this way, and with your attendance and contributions will continue to offer these awards.
Stay tuned as we are also laying groundwork to bring to the Lakes Area two internationally youth-centered organizations: DeMolay International and Job’s Daughters International

FREE MN Twins Play Ball! Youth Baseball Clinic
The summer of 2023 marks the 63rd year the Minnesota Twins and the Twins Community Fund, in partnership with Great River Energy, will offer FREE youth baseball and softball clinics!
Created in 1961 by longtime Twins scout, Angelo Guiliani, the clinic program serves as a way for the Minnesota Twins to promote baseball and softball to boys and girls throughout the Upper Midwest. Since the program’s inception, more than 800,000 youth have participated in a Twins youth clinic.
The Twins Community Fund Youth Clinics are designed to teach fundamentals, including hitting, throwing, and defense in a fun and encouraging atmosphere. The clinics provide instruction for boys and girls ages 6-12. The Twins provide all the necessary equipment for the clinic. Participants are asked to bring their own gloves.
The Twins Community Fund Youth Clinics have always been, and will continue to be, available to participants and host communities free of charge. Registration is required to participate in a clinic – participants can register at www.playballmn.com. Funding for the Youth Clinic program is provided by the Twins Community Fund and Great River Energy.

Whether you choose to attend the breakfast or the happy hour, you’ll enjoy the same, inspirational program and connecting with friends.
The need for affordable housing is greater than ever. The Hard Hat events play an important role in raising funds for our work in building homes and helping older adults age in their homes with dignity. Enjoy the opportunity to hear directly from a Habitat homeowner about the impact owning a home has had on the lives of her entire family.
